The Deal is one of the business units of The Street, and delivers actionable, intraday coverage on changes in corporate control, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate activism and restructuring.
They are looking for a freelance journalist. The ideal candidate will report and write spot news and feature articles on restructuring and bankruptcy. The candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of corporate finance and capital structure and its reorganization within and outside of Chapter 11 and other relevant provisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
